4. How long is shipping within the USA?
USA orders typically arrive in 10–15 business days via USPS, UniUni, Laser Ship, Better Trucks, or other local delivery companies. Check our shipping policy for delivery times to your country.
5. Are your lights and electrical components UL or CE certified and IP rated?
Yes, all our lights, cords, and internal electrical components are UL and CE certified and IP rated. We only use certified, high-safety parts so your installation—whether in the kitchen, bathroom, or any room—can easily pass inspection and meet international electrical standards.
6. Do you ship to rural US addresses and PO boxes?
Yes, we ship via USPS. If you’re in a rural area, provide a P.O. Box or alternative address to ensure safe delivery.
7. Why did my order arrive in multiple packages?
We use custom-cut foam inserts and protective molds to secure fragile glass and ceramic lampshades during transit. Because these protective shipping forms are designed for individual pieces, each lampshade must ship in its own box for maximum safety—you’ll get tracking for each.
8. Are your lights compatible with US, UK, Canada, and Australia voltages?
Yes, all fixtures work on 110V–240V. Plug-in lights include the correct plug for your country.
9. Can I get a plug-in light instead of hardwired?
Yes, we convert to plug-in for free. This includes the cord, correct plug, and connection instructions. If variations are not listed, please contact us or leave a note with your order. Cord color can be matched to your wall color. Plugs are sent according to your country.
10. Do you include installation instructions?
Yes, instructions are included. If missing, contact us for a digital copy and a video guide for the plug-in connector. We always recommend professional installation by a licensed electrician.
11. Are your light fixtures dimmable?
Fixtures with E26, E27, or E14 sockets are dimmable—use a dimmable bulb and compatible dimmer. Built-in LED models are not dimmable.
