Customs and Duties We pay all customs duties in advance on your behalf to all countries for smooth delivery.

Order Tracking Once your order ships, you'll receive a trackable shipping link updated directly on your order page. Please note that tracking numbers may change due to different regional delivery carriers. If it occurs, you will receive an email notification with the new tracking details. So must provide email at checkout.

Artisan-Made

We only sell artisan-made pieces, not mass-produced products. Our customization, production, and shipping times may therefore differ from those  brands of mass-produced products. We appreciate your understanding.
