Yes, we offer free customization on hardware finishes, cord length, socket types, and mounting plates. You can even swap lampshades between fixtures. Share your vision at checkout or contact us.

2. How do I order a custom light fixture not in your shop?
Send us a photo or link to your dream light. We'll create a custom piece and quote you the best price—perfect for matching your exact decor needs.

3. What payment methods do you accept?

4. How long is shipping in USA and other locations.
USA orders typically arrive in 7–15 business days via local delivery companies. EU, Australia, UK and Canada orders delivery take 7 to 14 days and delivery via local delivery partners. Check our shipping policy page link attached on every product page.

5. Are your lights and electrical components UL or CE certified and IP rated?
Yes, all our lights, cords, and internal electrical components are UL and CE certified and IP rated. We only use certified, high-safety parts so your installation—whether in the kitchen, bathroom, or any room—can easily pass inspection and meet international electrical standards.

6. Do you ship to EU, UK, Canada, and Australia?
Yes, we ship to all these locations. If you're in a rural area, provide a P.O. Box or alternative address to ensure safe delivery.

7. Why did my order arrive in multiple packages?
We use custom-cut foam inserts and protective molds to secure fragile glass and ceramic lampshades during transit. Because these protective shipping forms are designed for individual pieces, each lampshade must ship in its own box for maximum safety—you'll get tracking for each.

8. Are your lights compatible with US, UK, Canada, and Australia voltages?
Yes, all fixtures work on 110V–240V. Plug-in lights include the correct plug for your country.

9. Can I get a plug-in light instead of hardwired?
Yes, we convert to plug-in for free. This includes the cord, correct plug, and connection instructions. If variations are not listed, please contact us or leave a note with your order. Cord color can be matched to your wall color. Plugs are sent according to your country.

10. Do you include installation instructions?
Yes, instructions are included. If missing, contact us for a digital copy and a video guide for the plug-in connector. We always recommend professional installation by a licensed electrician.

11. Do you offer returns?

Yes, we accept returns for wrong items delivered, but not for change of mind. Please review your order carefully before purchasing and avoid ordering more than you need. 12. What if my glass or ceramic lampshade arrives damaged?
We ship a free replacement for any damaged part. Inspect within 7 days and contact us with photos to start the process. Please keep all other components safe — only the damaged part will be replaced.

14. Can I buy replacement parts for my light?
Yes, we sell individual components. Contact us with your order number and part details.

15. Do lights come assembled or do I put them together?
Lights ship partially unassembled for packaging and safety. Installation is straightforward with our guide, but we recommend professional help.

16.  Why do your shipping/Delivery times longer from other big brands?

We only sell artisan-made high quality pieces, not mass-produced products. Our customization, production, and shipping times may therefore differ from those of mass-produced brands. We appreciate your understanding.
